Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using Word Party, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Host Subscription
Word Party offers a host subscription that allows you to create unlimited games. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your device's app store settings.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Word Party for lawful purposes only. You may not use the app to harass others, cheat, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
No Warranty
Word Party is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the app will meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the past 12 months, if any.
